Britain At War Experience
The pain and difficulty in the living style during the Second World War is best depicted at the Britain at War Experience. Located at the Tooley Street, it is one of the well known Central London attractions. The experience here will give you a glimpse of how miserable the life was during the Second World War. The experience was later on named after the then Prime Minister – Sir Winston Leonard Spencer Churchill. Since then the Britain at War Experience is known as Winston Churchill Britain at War Experience.
The latest technology and machinery used will now let you smell, touch and see the surroundings in the underground where the Londoners use to take shelter during the war. The place is open for tourists seven days a week. The entry to the Britain At War Experience will cost you around 11.45 pounds per person. Although the students can avail a discount on the tickets by showing their ID proofs. You can reach the attraction easily through London Bridge Tube Station.
