London Eye
Located near the south banks of the River Thames, the highest observation wheel – London Eye is one of the most visited London attractions. This iconic London landmark was opened in the year 2000 and was inaugurated by Tony Blair. The wheel was designed by the renowned architects – Julia Barfield and David Marks. This spectacular masterpiece is a blend of contemporary engineering and architecture.
The ride in the capsules of the London Eye offers fabulous views all around the city from a height of 443 feet. This millennium wheel has also won several awards for its concept and design. London Eye is surely a must to visit during the tour. It’s recommended to book the tickets well in advance to avoid the long queues. The experience of the London Eye ride is similar to what it will be in a space ship. This magnificent London place is easily accessible from the Westminster and Waterloo tube stations. It is also an exclusive venue to plan special events such as wedding, corporate parties and several other occasions which you would like to make memorable.
