London Zoo
Located in the region of Regents Park, London Zoo is one of the most visited tourist’s attractions in London. It is regarded as one of the oldest and the most prestigious scientific zoo in United Kingdom. It is home to more than 700 species of birds and animals. The zoo also hosts an outstanding aquarium which is also one of the oldest of such kind.
The London Zoo is easily accessible through several public transports and the Camden Town is the nearest tube station from the London Zoo. The zoo is open round the year except for 25th December. You can visit this London attraction any time between 10 am to 5:30 pm. The entry to the zoo is not free and will cost you 13.30 pounds for children and 16.80 for adults. Several restaurants, café and food stalls are available at the London zoo where you can purchase the snacks, drinks etc. You can also buy souvenirs and gifts from the gift shop sited at the zoo. Recently the zoo authorities have launched Animal Adventure which is a new zoo especially for the children. So all the kids out there can enjoy the fascinating experience at the London Zoo.
