Pollock's Toy Museum

The Pollock’s Toy Museum is one of the most worth watching London attractions. It is located at the Scala Street, London and is easily accessible from the King Cross St Pancras tube station. Opened in the year 1956, it displays a wide collection of historic toys. The museum was named after; Benjamin Pollock who owned the popular toy shop in Hoxton. Most of these toys are more than 200 years old. These exhibitions include trains, puppets, teddy, dolls, optical toy, cars and horses.

All the rooms in the museum are dedicated to particular toy. The puppets room and doll room are the most important part of the Toy museum. A reconstruction of the workshop of Benjamin Pollock is also organized at the museum. Special theatre performances are also conducted especially for the children.
